If after they feed you the cherry-picked background information, you make a decision other than what Dubya did, "Bush greeted us on-screen, to tell us how wrong we were in his trademark matter-of-fact way. Yep, Corporations and the Chamberpot of Commerce and their lobbyists run the government and they have decided that those of us in the 99% must simply shut up, do what we are told and patriotically die when they can no longer get work out of us. The home of the brave and land of the free is now merely one of the playgrounds for the 1%.

Ummm............

The 1913 flood WAS a natural event that affected all of NE Ohio and Western PA. The dams hadn't been built yet. The dams at Milton, Mosquito, Berlin and West Branch were built later to control natural flooding.
