I'm in agreement here. I suppose an argument might be made to strip his citizenship and then declare him a so-called enemy combatant, but there really is no need in this case because it is unlikely that he has any useful information. Even terrorists practice "need to know"

BTW, has anyone seen the Inspire magazine that motivated these individuals?
