He probably doesn't need to be concerned, however. The GOP went down in flames on the last 2 things they chose to grandstand on (SB1070 and PPACA). Odds are this will be the third. Even if it isn't, the case will be handed over to the Justice Dept for prosecution.

Barney, I just read that article in Fortune Magazine and anyone of the so called righty persuasion who hasn't, is talking out of their ass, if you ask me.

I agree that Issa, who got popped with an illegal .25 when he was 19, will continue with his completely lieing, political campaign against AG Holder and the President. If the silly American people would end the "war on drugs" and legalize we probably could forget about guns and ammo heading south as it probably would not happen any longer. (I'm sure some would but the vast majority would end I'm willing to bet)
