Only 4 percent of small businesses are required to buy the premiums since only those businesses that have over 50 employees are mandated to do so.
96 percent of small businesses are under 50 employees and not mandated.
Something like that. There is alot of ignorance about the law, something the Dems have done a bad job on. So it will not hurt small businesses. And if employers can use the set up insurance exchanges to buy more competively priced policies the premiums should come down. I guess you did not listen to Morning Joe this morning....
Romney is not going to win. He does not have the mandate of heaven...it is an old Chinese saying.

Of course there's a lot of ignorance about it - nobody knows what's in it

Its a fair point.

So, I'm really quite curious, other than the legislative "victory" by the Dems, for those of you who are happy and celebrating the SCOTUS ruling, what is it that you're celebrating? What do you think will be the result of the PPACA phasing in to its full effect between now and 2018? This of course assumes that there are no further legal or legislative challenges.

What's in it for you?

I am not celebrating Whell. I wish the entire bill was found to be unconstitutional.

Because PPACA does not equal single payer? Or for some other reason?

Correct. It's a bad patch quilt that is grossly overpriced and appears will still leave many cold.
