Quarantine is a tool to isolate the infected and those waiting for test results. Why do you righties see the Q word everywhere you look? Again the Reicht's hopes of a vaccine so we can get back to business (the rich getting richer) as usual. Had Obama been in charge he would have handled it just like the Ebola outbreak. The spread would have been slowed and tens of thousands fewer would be pushing up daisies.
