Wow. A US gov't study suggesting that Obamacare putting more folks on insurance coverage will fuel increases in health care costs. What a shocker, huh?
The graphs I put up show costs per enrollee. Your cited article says that more will be spent on health care as more people enroll. Well no shit, Sherlock.
