This "waiting until the convention" argument is so transparent. Harris ran for the Dem nomination in 2020. She's served as VP. Your argument here is that:

- she has to wait until the campaign so she can be properly programmed;
- her prior opinions are irrelevant and should not be put forth as ideas / positions that are relevant in this election cycle (reminds me of the "Don't Look Behind the Curtain" scene from the Wizard of Oz).
- supports the argument that the Dems are not fielding Harris as the candidate she is. They're fielding her as the candidate that they want to convenience us she is.

You guys need to develop a talking point on this that isn't the obvious BS that this one is.
