If it were disagreement over policy issues, I'd wholeheartedly agree. Trumpism, however, isn't about policy. It's about "flooding the zone with shit" (Bannon's words) in an effort to confuse, demoralize and leave people with the belief that the truth and facts are unknowable (also a Putin tactic, BTW). What you're asking for is for people to treat the truth and blatant, cynical lies the same.
