That hardly answers the criticism of your claim that 'moral high ground' is invalid. Situational awareness is just data. Decisions must be made based on values, 'morals,' one might say.
Like: data is 'if I do X, I'll make $10, and innocent Fred will die a painful death.' Values: 'that would be a bad thing to do.'
