You're assuming facts that haven't been established and, in the case of his level of intoxication, will never be known since he wasn't tested.
But he was drunk because the ABC cops said he was drunk and he used a fake ID because the ABC cops said he used a fake ID.
You're also assuming that the ABC cops used an appropriate level of force when that too is in dispute. It appears that Johnson's only action may have been to pull his arm out of the grasp of a cop who approached him from behind. In fact, the bar personnel who interacted with Johnson have said that he did not appear to be intoxicated and that the interaction was "cordial".
Martese Johnson has an entirely commendable history as a student and just as a kid. The Virginia ABC cops, on the other hand, have a history and a reputation for grotesque use of their police powers. So much so, in fact, that the Virginia legislature is and has been considering steps to curtail their activities, even to the point of removing the ABC's police powers altogether.
I still believe that, when all's said and done, you're going to regret your racist display of conclusion jumping. Whether you have the class or the maturity to admit it is a different matter.
