Finnbow, there are multiple eyewitnesses to the confrontation besides the police officer. There was his friend, two white construction laborers, residents outside their apartment buildings, residents on the ground floor, and residents on their second floor vantage points.
Would you explain how the only grand jury leaks involve the testimony of the police officer, but no one else's grand jury testimony? I'm not a big conspiracy theorist, but there is one going on here.
There seems two be two camps here about Brown stopping - either he was out of his mind and drug crazed when he stopped, or he was reversing direction to attack the officer. How about a third and most sane camp....ie he realized he was wrong, needed medical care, and would get caught in short fashion, so he stopped, turned, and started to surrender, only to be met with a fusilade of bullets. The evidence, and testimony of at least three witnesses, supports this viewpoint...which is not being spoonfed to anyone.
