Seems like a no brainer to me but what do I know? I'm just an old broken down construction puke who's spent some time out in the hot sun and the wind.
It's more expensive to double down on wind and solar than it is to start harvesting our own sources of conventional energy. We can continue to build windmills and solar panels as a national hobby, but what we really need is more domestic natural gas and hydro generating facilities.

Maybe you can get some of your California long hair friends to start making a case for hemp oil.
