Every policy I have ever been offered has had 4 price structures. Self, self+spouse, self+kids, and family. Those of us with a wife and kids pay 3X what the single guy pays. Granted the "kids" group can be from 1 to 20, but it still is only being paid by those with kids, and my guess is that it is priced at 2.3 kids or something like that.
