I'm even scheming on the ways to cash in on the new federal money train. I envision bureaucracy significant enough that it will require outside consultants to effectively navigate. Furthermore, keep in mind that your 40% overhead keeps people employed somehwhere along the chain. The healthcare policy will perturb the current system and the resulting effects are not easily predictable despite the utopian meanderings of the pro-PPACA folks.
