What have you got against Canadians?

A thing of the past. They've been replaced with the likes of CNN. What's left has been bought out by the neocons. Liberal media? Hah, urban legend nowadays.
You have to search for anything resembling an unbiased and credible news source. Even MSNBC has never struck me as having any journalistic integrity.
Control the press and you've taken the first big step towards fascism.

The wealthy of the 2010s is much much differnt than the wealthy of the 50s. The world is interconnected, the difference between living in one place or the other minimized.

The US already has the highest business tax rate. They WILL move eventually, and we can all share our rice and beans knowing nobody is ripping off our hard earned cash. Except the government.

Among the lowest, if not thelowest, in terms of taxes paid. You must know, Pete! How else can our mega-corporations end up paying essentially no taxes, or even getting refunds, after racking up record profits? Check out Exxon and GE, for Pete's sake!
