And got big grins from the "Victims" even if I didn't get a hug...People were so nice to me, even my Dad only yelled at me 2X the whole summer..Plus, I could do an absolutely KILLER Ozzie Osbourne imitation...The rehab hospital I went to, they told me I had about the best attitude they ever saw...I told 'em, "Hey, when they throw Lemons atcha, pick 'em up & make Lemonade..." When I finally went back to work, I said about anything "outrageous" I wanted to, naughty or otherwise, & would blame it on the stroke...But after 6 months or so, I kinda think the twinkle in my eye betrayed me...Hey, Fun is where & how you make it...An' you work with what you've got...

Yes, and remember, the Senate passed their bill with a House title. Technically, the House can vote and send it right to the President. Man, hope it doesn't come to any of the above.
Thing is, they get it passed- however they get it passed- and the world doesn't end as the Republicans have said it would and the Democrats will start coming back. They'll have a pretty good pitch that the Republicans were crying wolf.

Yup! If the House votes it out as-is the Senate doesn't need to re-vote so it goes straight to Obama for his signature.
What I'm concerned about is the delay in implementing the various provisions of the bill. Unless the bill is in effect the Republican scare tactics won't be countered by actual experience.

Yeah, and I play pro basketball. I'm starting to get you figured out Sandy. You put together a pretty convincing hillbilly impression from time to time, and then you blow your cover using some of those SAT words. You know that good humor is a sign of intelligence, and you regularly share your intelligence with us. (We all know, however, that puns are the work of the devil.)
I hate to see anyone suffer any sort of affliction, but unfortunately, all of us suffer from the affliction of being human beings. When someone is willing to shine through whatever particular trouble he has and bring a little good humor into the world, it makes all of us better able to deal with this human affliction. Glad you decided to not kick us out of here.
Regards,
D-Ray
