Loretta Lynch was confirmed as the 83rd AG by the Senate today and will be sworn in on Monday and the AG Eric Holder will be passing the reins.

I've always liked Holder since his days as US Attorney for the District of Columbia. The Republicans loved to hate him, having conveniently forgotten the malfeasance of Ed Meese, Alberto Gonzales and John Ashcroft.
