California Crazies....

..are at it again. http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/l...621-story.html

"Advocates of splitting California into six states gathering signatures." LATimes

Sounds like the venture capitalist Tim Draper who's behind this knuckleheaded idea needs a tax write-off.

Little do they realize the funding needed. The State of Jefferson would instantly become one of the poorest.

Saw this about a month ago on t.v..

And, you're absolutely right, (his) taxes are what it's all about. He said he doesn't see why his taxes should pay for anyones education out side of the schools his kids and the kids in his community attend.

Typical dumbass rich guy doesn't get what the purpose of a "public" school system is in the first place. It's not about his well heeled offspring, it's about the children of people who cannot afford to pay. But, in this day and age that concept is lost on spoiled, myopic and hopelessly selfish punks like him. "Why should my taxes pay for anyone else?" Hmmmmm..... Maybe we should ask him why we continue to allow him and his little brats to suck air?

Good, let the fucker starve the public school system so that those "other" kids can't get a decent education.

Then maybe they will join gangs instead and pop a cap in his ass when they mug him.

Karma's a biatch doncha know?

That what gets me. Parents who complain about public schools, send their little ones to private. Think they are doing so much better for their kids.

But their kids are only around other kids of similar backgrounds.

Then the parents want their tax dollars to go to the private schools as a voucher. When it was their choice and knew from the git what they were doing!

I have often wondered, these parents since writing a check to the private school then feel the need to be more involved with the children's education. Make sure the homework is done, study for tests. Get to bed on time watch less TV, computer, phone ect.....

Where public schooling is seen as an lesser because the taxes are less apparent expenditure some how.

Not that this is going anywhere but can you imagine the unintended consequences? Six California's would mean at least 8 or 10 more progressive liberals of the Democratic persuasion in the U.S. Senate.

Hmmm, where do I sign up?

When your head is buried in the Conservatopian world wherein all needs are met by benevolent deities and the mystical hand of market forces who favor only the greediest and most socially apathetic among us because they think slow and the weak deserve to perish.............

It's easy to lose sight of the fact that there are consequences to being an asshole.

Some like to blame the little guys, because they once tried to band together and make their work pay. They had all kinds of unacceptable notions of sending their kids to college, actually being able to enjoy their retirement years and not having to reduce themselves to butt kissing toadies to survive. Personally, I don't blame them at all for that. Being the bosses underpaid bitch is a bullshit way to live. In fact I understand their point with perfect clarity and resolute concurrence.

Nope, I blame the people who are so damned self absorbed that the only thing that matters to them at all is their own offshore bank accounts and the materialistic approval of their Armani wearing yuppie flunky suck up friends. Those are the Jackals that have abandoned once great American industrial cities in the name of one upping the rest of the country club whoremasters.

The only thing wrong with the world today, is that it has been far too long since we Great Unwashed have dragged them out of their palaces, through the gates and shoved their fat heads into the guillotine.

Oh gee Barney that's very smart of you to come to that conclusion. Just one very small thing I should bring up. Have you ever heard of Water Rights? How about geography?

Come on now Barney still twitching from vitamin A. look at a map it may help you grasp what you just stated as ignorant. Can you grasp it now and see that dump of wasteland where Bobby lives? The truth is that part of California only exists because of support from northern and central Cal. Hell we could even give Mexico the bottom third of the state back. You can't make movies if you can't sustain life.

Sorry dumbass. You really should consider completing high school before you open your trap and speak about subjects that you haven't the slightest clue about. We are self sufficient down here in Costa Mesa. Meanwhile your sorry ass of a town gets most of your water from the Hetch Hetchey over in the Sierra Nevada. Ignorant, indeed.
