Right, so all of Wisconsins troubles are over now that the head tyrants law has been upheld by his cronies? I wonder how much tax savings the average Wisconsinite will actually see in his paycheck as a result of this? Wisconsin will be a better place now that a few thousand more will undoubtedly be relieved of their pensions and/or their jobs?
I know, we'll make them change over to 401ks, so they can get screwed by the utterly unreliable stock market like the rest of us.....Ahhhhhh, shared misery, you gotta love it. Yeehaw.

Laws are subject to change and all those new GOP governors poll ratings are in the toilet plus the ones recalled in Wisconson are up for reelection in August. Also the Democratic Senators the GOP tried to recall had their petitions tossed by the courts because of signature problems.

This ruling does not necessarily uphold the Wisc collective bargaining law, as I understand it. This ruling supports how the law was passed in light of the Wisc Open Meeting statute, which was the basis for that particular legal challenge. There are several other law suits waiting in the wings that could potentially tie up implementation of the collective bargaining changes for quite some time.
