Whoops, we already have emissions testing on cars and AFAIK if the car is old enough they don't test it. Mine is no longer tested because I drive less than 5000 miles per year and I am over 70 so thbbbt.

The emission testing was stopped back a few years ago here. We don't even have vehicle safety inspections anymore. Think it was to save money or to reduce unneeded regulations! No city stickers either.

Saves me money for sure.
