Exactly. It was an euphemism for anti-Jewish way back when. It didn't have to be totally logical, it just had to sound better than 'anti-Jewish.'

And of course, one of the classic 'tells' of anti-semitism is an individual making the point the Arabs and others are Semites, as if that makes the word invalid. Talk about trying to get off on a technicality! Sorry, no matter what word you use for it, if you think the Jews are sneaky evil-doers, you are what anti-Semitic means in the usual idiom.

No, stupid frame job. It has the 'Learned Elders' calling themselves names and admitting to ridiculously rotten motives. Even people with ridiculously rotten motives don't do that. The usual story is some wise guy in the Czar's court ginned it up, saving some effort by adapting some text from aa crummy French novel of some sort. Word is they've got the novel and can see what he did. Seems as plausible as anything to me, as I take the PEZ as a joke based on internal evidence, as I stated

We won't go into the KJB. Except I'll just mention in passing how the gospel story of the crucifixion and resurrection seems to 'grow in the telling' from gospel to gospel.

Henry Ford had it printed, published, and distributed via his dealerships. Hitler appreciated and adopted it to support his anti Jew platform.
Ford was complicit in the "final solution".

America is not ready for a female head of state. This may take several more generations in my opinion. Hillary had a famous last name but was pretty much a lightweight and Harris was a featherweight who could not have won if a primary was held (Ms. Pelosi implied this after the elections). Harris should start a political fund raising business, that is her true calling.

So yes, gender bias (misogyny?) and no compelling reason to vote for either of the women nominated either. Trump is a bad dude but so what is what the voters seemed to imply and they will soon find out.

I disagree with you on Hillary. Hillary was no lightweight. Hillary was a person with heft. There was no doubting that she could handle herself in any situation. However with Kamala one was on edge just hoping that her response made sense.
As to political fund raising: Kamala got 1.4 billion and is still fund raising. I think the hustlers took advantage of her. Electioneering is a huge business with a lot of sharks.
