I have a huge problem with Wyoming getting a Senator for every 192,000 population while California only gets one for every 19.4 million. That's a difference of about 100-1.

Will they counter with siege lines and airstrikes?

(Once starting the military metaphors, such as 'bastions,' it's kind of hard to stop....)
