Yep and another good reason to at least have some respect for the ACLU. I can't see how the state can exclude the KKK, but allow other groups. The easy way would be to just get rid of the program. They don't have enough DUIs in Georgia for highway cleaning?

The fact that the Klan is smaller than it used to be, maybe 10,000 members, isn't really important. As the Klan shrank in size, many other white supremacist groups have come into existence, offering a "home" to the same people who, in another era, would have joined the Klan.
