OK, I guess we can call 'willingness to believe anything if it helps with some sort of ego need' a character flaw. It's some kind of pretty bad flaw in any case, IMHO....

TP-would-be-congressman is Tim Murray, the guy in the OP who thinks his actual opponent is dead. And yes, 'Cai guy' was 5 below. I was being cute instead of clear, sorry....
