It has nothing to do with the gay thing either.
These dudes that want to coach girls sports teams also need to be watched.

Without adult volunteers.... Many activities would not survive.
I can understand why parents would coach a little league team or be a scout leader while their children were involved in those activities. Or, a young adult who wants to work in sports and wants to build a resume for his future.
There are legitimate reasons why an adult would get involved with a bunch of kids.
As an aside.... My (twin) boys played little league and husband volunteered to be the umpire. Boys were on different teams that happened to be playing each other that day. One son pitched the ball... The hitter hit the ball and the ball went straight up into the air. Son who was the pitcher went for it.... Son who was the catcher went for it. There was a big stir of dust and all we could see were arms and legs in a scuffle. The fans (other parents) were shouting and cheering...... Husband went in to make the call as the dust started to settle.... There was a slight moment of silence as the crowd anticipated the umpire's decision........
As far as I was concerned.... I was going home with one happy kid and one not so happy kid and a husband stuck in the middle.
That was the last game he umpired.
