I would like to believe that, but I think there are many who gave up looking for good....plus I have seen how my private employer has been treating the workers where I shoot rays on the weekend...they recently just laid off all of the EKG techs.... I guess they are going to make the nurses do it....more with less. It is all bottom line.

They gave up because they were lazy f**ks to begin with. Getting laid off was an excuse to find a teet and stay on it. I know people such as this. Twenty years after a recession, they will still tell you there is no work to be found. They became Republicans in 2009, because they are tired of "the niggers" living off of other people and were afraid that "Libtard", "So(c)ialist nigger", "Communist Muslim" or any variety of half-baked derogatory names they have for the president, wants to take their guns.

Lordy be, just don't touch their guns, their Bibles, or their welfare checks. It'll be the end of ya. And, they aint no damned racists, neither!

Yep. You'd be amazed how many out here think these same wolves actually care about them. "They're doing it for our own good. It's the only way they can save our jobs." Really?

I been seeing a lot of people leave a fair paining job with excellent benefits to go back to work in the field they came from for even better jobs.

Well, things have improved somewhat. The economy still has a ways to go.

And some regions are doing better than others.

Like I stated above, folks are leaving a solid position for other jobs outside the company. Not just one but several in the last month and a few going in a few weeks this month. This is not only a positive for the folks leaving but opens up several fair paying jobs with excellent benefits.

This coming from what was said to be the hardest hit city in the country......

That's good news, Paul. I remember seeing that people in Vegas were living in the vast storm drains under the city after losing their jobs and their homes. Pretty dismal life if you ask me.
It was on PBS or one of those other subversive lefty news programs.
