Did you read the article?
The Justice Department has granted immunity to a former State Department staffer, who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server, as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official.
This is no laughing matter for Hillary's campaign, despite her constant cackling when asked about it.

To Republicans she is guilty until proven innocent just like their Benghazi farce. Their 11 hours of badgering couldn't even begin to ruffle her feathers.

Your point is irrelevant to the matter at hand. The Benghazi farce was an investigation by Darrell Issa and then Trey Gowdy and their Congresscritter clowns. Hillary's email problem is being investigated by FBI counterintelligence agents and supervised by the Justice Department’s National Security Division.

Point taken. I was trying to point out that nobody's going to ruffle her feathers. Me, I want to see Biden run.

Whether or not it ruffles her feathers, an indictment of her or her closest confidants will effectively destroy her candidacy. FWIW, I too would like to see Biden in the race.

The FBI length of time could imply being methodical.

Nobody is perfect.

Agreed with your intent. However, you ever tell a police officer you didn't mean to be 20MPH over the speed limit? Ignorance and accidents are no defense for breaking the law.

Meh.
1. Nothing here.
2. Too easy.
3. I've seen it many times.
A desperate prosecution gives immunity to a star witness believing they hold key information. Said star witness either confirms there was nothing there (ruining the case) or falls on their sword without threat of prosecution (ruining the case).
Either way, the trail stops.

Can you still run for President with an indictment?
