Of course, since he had no strong legislative positions, remember he was the "present" voter, they needed something to boost his background so his academic prowess was offered up, but without peer reviewed published papers or release of an academic record.

I have been around since 1962....never remember grades being pertinent in any Presidential campaign or Administration, regardless of party...

Professor of Constituional Law, Harvard Law Review, Senator.
Raised by a single mother, funded college education with scholarships..........
Or, he could have just been born to a very wealthy and politically well connected father who once ran for president.....
And then have the gall to call himself a ".....self made man....." like a certain corporate hatchetman we all know.
So, tell me, Jay; What is Mitt hiding?

How often have the rich right come out in force to vote for someone that is telling them they will raise their taxes?

You're a lot more trusting than I am. Where'd the SS trust fund go?

So long as the check lands in my box after age 67, I don't care where it went or where it's coming from. I've been paying in, I want my money back.
I'm sure your squeaky clean ( ) Republicans have looted their fair share to pay for all sorts of unnescessary stuff.

Neither have I. But, I have refused money from people less fortunate than I. Romney? Screw him. I'd jack up his taxes to pay for my SS and Medicare in a heartbeat.....He won't be missing any meals.
