Can we still use links? http://www.forbes.com/sites/aroy/201...-romney-would/ At least watch the Shultz clip!

BTW, My Doctor has already told me that he will open a cash practice, with reasonable rates.

Obama is raiding it to pay for socialized medicine. People need to understand that this entitlement program is so out of hand, that it is going to be very painful to get it back in control without bankrupting this country (which is where we are heading now). Things like extending unemployment to two years so college grads can hold out for management positions isn't helping either. To put it in very simple terms, America needs to get off the couch and go to work.

And the Granny commercial ran the same day Ryan was announced.
1. You worked hard enough all of working life paying for Medicare...now you are willing to settle for less ? You do not want the same benefits you have of those who went before you? You are going to vote against yourself? You want second best?
2. Obamacare does not end Medicare. Where did you get that misinformation?
3. Ryan is going to make YOU pay more for your health care.
4. Unemployment being extended for college grads to get management positions? WTF? Unemployment is allowing people to keep eating. You are fortunate to have a union job and to be receiving a pension. Most working Americans would kill for that right now.Another thing you do not understand...hospitals and doctors rely on Medicare .A hospital cannot survive without it. You tank Medicare and you tank health care in general.

What do I know I am just a lefty....
Now the Tea Party most of them know what Medicare is....your man Ryan is going to keep my man Obama in office...precisely because most of us are not going to fall for the bullshit platitudes. You really think Americans are going to fall for Ryan? NO Way. Romney probably had the rural and working class white vote bagged, as well as the senior vote...BEFORE he picked Ryan. He is going to lose at lot of that vote now.

No he's not. Ryan is going to be able to show exactly what is going to become of medicare if Obama is allowed to continue his irresponsible economic joyride/trainwreck and allow the whole thing to fall over a cliff as Twodogs has described it above. Most people don't and won't know the numbers or the details, but they'll recognize bullshit vs. reality when they see and hear it laid out articulately side by side by someone who has lived and breathed the stuff for years. It's all just fluff for Obama and his lies are going to start hitting a brick wall on all fronts. I'm pretty sure Ryan's got you scared... and if he doesn't, I know he should have you scared. The American people overall really do deserve better than what they have now. I still believe in America and I still believe they aren't going to be foolish twice. This country can't be as far gone as liberals would like it to be. I know far too many good and reasonable folks to believe that it is. Obama will go down in history as a some strange political anomaly under which the country suffered greatly.

The real irony is that some people may even ultimately blame Obama getting elected in the first place on Bush.

Well, he didn't get elected because of the substance and depth of his background.

Oh come on, you know as well as I do that his legislative record both in the U.S. Senate and Illinois statehouse is devoid of significance. His lack of academic depth is clear by the absence of academic papers published. One need not question his grades; however, I'd venture a guess that they are likely at least in the B range just like everyone else that has a professional or graduate degree.
