An analysis of NSPS by Federal Times, a branch of the Defense News Media Group, in August 2008 found that the January 2008 issuance of performance-based pay raises and bonuses, the first large-scale payout under the new system, was filled with inequalities. The analysis found that white employees received higher average performance ratings, salary increases and bonuses than employees of other races and ethnicities. Also, employees working at DoD agencies, such as the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Tricare, the Office of the Inspector General and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, earned higher performance ratings and payouts overall than did their civilian counterparts in the three military service branches: United States Army, United States Navy, and United States Air Force.[4]
The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) stated that the analysis supported their concerns about the new system. Brian DeWyngaert, AFGE chief of staff, said, "These systems can have a discriminatory impact. Whether it’s intended or unintended, it happens nevertheless."

that was close whew no worries for me

Speaking to a divorced mother of three: "You work three jobs? Uniquely American, isn't it? I mean, that is fantastic that you're doing that."

Clueless, tone-deaf sociopath.

I guess the thought of three jobs at low wages is cool with him....or maybe he was out of touch like GHWB at the check out counter when he saw a scanner for the first time...in the 90s lol.

"Where are the positive stories about Obamacare?"

http://www.latimes.com/business/la-f...#axzz2wqmp3BM7

"If there were fairness in this world, Rita Rizzo would be a media star.
Rizzo, 60, owns a management consulting firm for nonprofit groups and government offices in Akron, Ohio, with her husband, Lou Vincent, 64. Vincent, who suffers from Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, has gone without health insurance for 10 years. "We got 30 denial letters," Rizzo told me last week.
Three years ago, Rizzo got a hip replacement. Her own insurance premiums were going to rise by $500 a month, to about $800, so she chose instead to triple her deductible to $6,000 to keep the increase to a mere $150 a month.

The couple used a $5,000 tax-deductible health savings account to cover her out-of-pocket expenses; Vincent's medication, which ran to $178 a month; and his blood work-ups, at $2,400 a year.
In December, Rizzo signed up for Obamacare. She now has a policy that covers her and Vincent together, including all his meds and lab work, for $379 a month, with a $2,000 family deductible.
"I feel like I died and went to insurance heaven," she says.
But you haven't heard Rizzo's story unless you tuned in to NBC Nightly News on New Year's Day or scanned a piece by Politico about a week later. In the meantime, the airwaves and news columns have been filled to overflowing with horrific tales from consumers blaming Obamacare for huge premium increases, lost access to doctors and technical frustrations — many of these concerns false or the product of misunderstanding or unfamiliarity with the law." Yeah the one lady the baggers point to as an example of someone paying more for insurance did not even look on the exchange.

WTF over!

I would like to see any bagger candidate tell Kentucky he/she is gonna take away their health care if they win the Presidency in 2016.

look for the baggers to change the name from Obamacare to Baggercare just so people like 13 will think they got rid of it.....and then not change one thing about it and claim the law as their own.......

heck if a white guy did this I think we would be talking about something else right now. I am not joking.
i bet it happens

Obama care will not even last all the way to 2016. Can't you see it imploding on itself?
