Dismissing her buffoonery because you share the same values makes no sense to me.

There's an irony here due to the fact that she never said that. That statement was born on SNL.

"As Putin rears his head and comes into the air space of the United States of America, where– where do they go? It's Alaska. It's just right over the border."
you really want to argue about what she said?

In other words to many she represents a lowering of the standards that they have set for themselves and their children, for no good reason.

Look around you...standards for moral issues have been lowering for years. Clinton's remarks..."I did NOT have sex with THAT woman"... proved to be a lie which he only admitted to... when a blue dress showed up on the scene. The halls of Washington have been filled with scandalous affairs and corruption for years. Most wonder...who will be next. As far as your remark about Palin being KNOCKED up at 44? She is married...knew of the child's disability...yet chose to give birth. Many would not be so responsible and loving. I wish her well...we apparently know more about her and her private life than we do about Obama.

I actually take it as a good thing to see the left so "worried" about Palin. It reaffirms my thoughts that she is not a typical Washington politician. It's painfully obvious that she scares the hell out of the crooks.

I don't think we've heard the last of Mrs. Palin. Her poll numbers among republicans are very good, and haven't slipped at all. She just might be crazy like a fox.
