I would agree with you except for the fact it seems the evidence from the indecent is all suspect now with the apparent Police ineptitude. Now if this was planned or not will be debated for years to come.

Yes it is.

Let me ask you this, if a black man chased a white kid and then a scuffle ensued and the black man killed the white kid with a gun as a result would we be talking about "should the black man be arrested?"

You know damned well he'd have been arrested on the spot. It is this obvious difference that is the problem and causes the outrage.

Being unfamiliar with the way neighborhood watch works, was Zippy trained in any way or instructed as to the laws? Sworn in ? Wearing a badge?

If not then he was just an armed nosy neighbor who picked a fight with a unarmed kid. Then if we were to believe his story started loosing and pulled the gun and killed the teenager.

Was not Trayvon exhibiting "stand your ground"?
