A bastion of conservatism. I love Newport Beach and Balboa Island. Currently OC is filled up with yuppies and lots of tech businesses. It reminds me of what San Diego looked like twenty years ago. I see. Haven't been back to San Diego in 25 years. As I recall, it had some rough spots back then.......Like the apartments I lived in.....Buena Vista Gardens. GAW! The stories I could tell about that place.
