I think Powell simply toed the line. Even more reason to believe it was bipartisan.

He refuses to warn Turkey against military intervention against the Iraqi Kurds (who were staunchly pro-American under Bush, and now have become neutral at best under big-eared Hawaiian)... Where Wilson failed in making the "World safe for Democracy", Obama succeeded in making the Middle East safe for fundamentalist Islam. Obama's performance in these aspects, is either the utter incompetence of a naive man, or treason (if it was planned this way) as he deliberately worked against American interests.
