After he got off the phone the one with the poisoned peter asked his buddy what he found out.

His buddy said: "They told me that you're gonna die."

Then there was the boy who went to the whorehouse for the first time.

Whore noticed his clumsy manuevers and asked, "Have you ever done this before?"

When the boy admitted he hadn't, the whore told him to go out into the woods, find a knothole in a tree, and practice. Then come back.

After a year, the boy returned. The whore asked him if he had done as she said, and the boy replied that he had.

As she was bending over to remove her panties, the boy quick grabbed a broomstick and shoved it up her...well, you know.

She asked, "Why in the hell did you do that?"

Boy replied, "Just checkin' fer bees."

Can we go any lower???

I couldn't hold a candle to most anyone here, particularly you, when it comes to telling jokes. My specialties are the wise-ass remark and the occasional bad pun.

It just hit why the left continues their shameful assault on Sarah Palin. They are just absolutely mortified she will gain office. Repeal of the health care act is a perfect example of why.

There is not another politician that I can envision really signing a repeal of the health care act other than Palin. She is unafraid to do what is right for the country at the expense of losing the office and going home after 4 years. Progressives (and some faux conservatives too) know she won't play their game and that scares them to the core.

That is certainly not the reason why I have criticized Palin, but I feel absolutely no shame for the criticism I have made. I have stated in several posts the reasons why I feel her cowardice, her lack of candor, her limited background and underdeveloped intelligence, and her intentionally polarizing message would make her unqualified to serve as President. She will be signing no legislation in the white house.

In terms of fear, the GOP establishment might fear that she will win the nomination. Those of us who lean toward the Democrats would love to see her as the nominee. Her Tea Party influence and more tea party candidates will complete the job of marginalizing the GOP.

Perhaps that would give rise to a more centrist party, which would more than likely become competitive in a short time. I wouldn't mind Liberals moving to a more liberal party. Although we wouldn't be a majority party initially, at least it would give progressive candidates an opportunity to present arguments that would otherwise get diluted being part of a broader based party.

D-Ray

There were many who voted for Obama knowing that if they voted for Mc Cain she would be a heartbeat away.

Seriously.

Imagine Sarah Palin in Nov. 1963 being handed Viet Nam and the civil rights issue. Scary thought, isn't it?

OTOH, I hope she runs.

Jokes are pretty lame, and joke telling contests are a terrible thing to endure.

Your specialties are always better received. And a bad pun is like manure, the worse it stinks the better it is.

She simply does not have the IQ of a fence post. Courageous? Sure and I am the King of Romania.

Is it shameful to take on someone who tries to kill health care legislation by making up the whole "death panels" rhetoric? I think she sunk her own political chances, once and for all, with her solopsistic facebook video. Her 15 minutes are very close to over, IMHO.
