Donald Trump has officially excommunicated Tucker Carlson from the Church of MAGA. Kicked him right out of the congregation. You know how cults work, right? You can't just disagree with the Dear Leader. You don't get to say "hey maybe bombing Iran is a bad idea" and still sit at the cool kids' table. No no no. The guy who spent four years on Fox News being Trump's personal hype man, who campaigned for him, who went to the White House three separate times last month trying to talk him out of this Iran shit. THREE TIMES. Like a wife trying to talk her husband out of buying a boat. "Honey, we can't afford it." "Honey, the kids need braces." "Honey, you don't even know how to swim." And then the guy buys the boat anyway and tells everyone at the marina his wife was never really part of the family.

And here's the part that absolutely kills me. Tucker's response. You ready? "I'll always love him no matter what he says about me."

WHAT? WHAT?!

The man just publicly called you stupid, said you were never really one of them, and kicked you out of the movement you helped BUILD, and your response is "I'll always love him"? That's not politics, mate. That's a domestic violence PSA. That is a man who has been emotionally beaten into submission and is defending his abuser on the way to the shelter. "He didn't mean it. He's under a lot of stress. The Iran thing has him on edge. He's different when it's just us."

Tucker went to the White House THREE TIMES to try to stop this war. You know what that's called in a normal relationship? Caring. In MAGA world? Treason. You showed up with genuine concerns about American soldiers dying in the Middle East and got excommunicated like you'd nailed a list of complaints to the church door. Martin Luther Carlson over here getting kicked out of the Protestant movement he helped start.

And the best part. THE BEST PART. You know who reportedly showed Trump all the mean things Tucker was saying? Laura Loomer. Laura fucking Loomer. She literally went to Trump and said "look what Tucker's been saying about you" like a kid running to tell the teacher someone said a swear word. She's on social media BRAGGING about getting Tucker iced out. That's the state of American conservative politics right now. It's not run by policy advisors or military strategists. It's run by Laura Loomer tattling to the president on her phone like a year seven girl with a screenshot folder.

And then, just to make this whole thing a perfect comedy, Marjorie Taylor Greene comes out and sides with Tucker. Says Trump doesn't even know what MAGA is anymore. Says he turned it into MIGA. Make Iran Great Again. Even MTG, the woman who blamed Jewish space lasers for California wildfires, is sitting there going "this might be a bit much."

When Marjorie Taylor Greene is your voice of reason, you have driven your movement so far off the cliff that the GPS has given up and is just playing elevator music.

Think about what we're watching here. The guy who said "MAGA is Trump" just proved that the whole thing was never a movement. It's a loyalty test. It's a personality cult with a merch line. You can be the most devoted follower in the world, you can boost the man for years, you can campaign for him, you can visit the White House and beg him not to do something catastrophically stupid, and the SECOND you publicly disagree, you're out. You're done. You're not smart enough. You never were MAGA.

That's not a political movement. That's Scientology with worse celebrities.

And meanwhile, while all these idiots are fighting about who's MAGA enough, oil prices are through the roof because the Strait of Hormuz is a mess, American soldiers are in harm's way, and the rest of the world is watching the most powerful country on earth tear itself apart because Laura Loomer showed the president a screenshot.

This is the dumbest timeline. And I am here for every single second of it.
