Trump's been on a real losing streak lately. Before this Harvard ruling, we had the rulings on using federal troops in CA, his tariffs and the illegal use of the Aliens and Sedition Act to deport people without due process. Lots of noise to entertain the rubes, but precious little enduring action.

Tariffs are taking a huge bite on our costs, fortunately we are able to pass on the costs to our customers. But cost for everything else has also gone up proportionately. A precision syringe that cost us $160 in 2021 in now over $350.00 and these are made in the US.

Wyoming’s John Barrasso, an orthopedic surgeon, was among the newly critical Republican senators to push back on Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s leadership during a Finance Committee hearing Thursday.

“In your confirmation hearings, you promised to uphold the highest standards for vaccines,” Barrasso said. “Since then, I’ve grown deeply concerned.”

He continued, raising objections to Kennedy’s handling of mRNA vaccines — Kennedy has cut $500 million in research — the Texas measles outbreak, the largest in the U.S. in years, and the loss of leadership at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. After CDC Director Susan Monarez was fired last week, three top officials resigned. “Americans don’t know who to rely on,” Barrasso said.

Texas has had an outbreak of measles this year, the highest in 30 years while DeSatan has decreed that no more vaccinations needed for kids to attend schools in Floriduh. And even more importantly for myself, a new Covid vaccine has not been released which was supposed to in September.
