He can have his day in court, wining and getting a big judgement. Only to overturned by the for Supreme Court.......reasons only known to them.

The difference is that Fox viewers demand to be lied to. Indeed this very dynamic formed the basis of the Dominion and SmartMatic lawsuits against Fox.
