Is that a Ford?

My neighbors at my last place were from India, they did it legally.
There's a pretty good vid on immigration numbers, I'll try to find it

Who wants "unfettered access"? Oh right, the "radical leftists". (AKA Democrats?)

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. YouTube videos are NOT a reliable source of data.
If you want to make a point about immigration there are sources of data out there that are more credible.

Holy cow Don, that kinda renders them moot. Next time I have some time I'll try to find more data.
Bob, as my Mom would have said, I can sure be thick To everyone: I won't post anything serious when I'm busy. Sorry.

I'll look forward to your describing in more detail what is or isn't moot when you can.

I want to ask a simple question to the right.
If 90% of new electricity added to the grid is via solar and wind turbine, how does it make sense to remove all subsidies to renewables and shift the finances to building coal and oil fired power plants?
And btw, these plants take about seven years too build.

Now why would you want make their little heads hurt?
Or even confuse them with facts?
You know how much they hate having to think for themselves...

But won't that kill all the whales and eagles?
(like they give a hoot about which species goes extinct)

If a large energy producer were to make expansion decisions based on ROI, everyone of them would be opting for solar power generation because power source is free, capital cost is minimal and it is extremely quick to implement. More importantly after installation, takes little to no labor with minimal support.
A power generation plant using natural gas or oil is capital intensive and takes seven to ten years to build. Chances are a lot of them will be mothballed after the current MAGA government of misfits is out of power primarily because turbines are not readily available. So we will have this shit show to content with in the short term while billions of USD's will be wasted building fuel generated power plants. Fortunately the MAGA braintrust while talking coal do realize that this is not a viable long term option, so the effort will be to keep them running as opposed to building new ones.
