In politics, people will always emulate what works and Trump's demeaning name-calling seems to work. That said, Democrats are not nearly as bad as Trump and his minions in this regard. Hell, every single person they disagree with is a "Marxist," even if it's a federal judge appointed by Trump himself.

Or, as a friend of ours from Rancho Mirage told us, "Donald Trump has made it okay to behave like an asshole."
