Oh we all know that but Lyin' Leavitt, Felon's darling press secretary, did he best to assure us that China would be paying the tariffs and the tariffs would indeed be a tax break for Americans, putting more money in our pockets. The Courts have to rely on the Justice department for enforcement or the Congress to defund the Executive Branch. A flaw a big one.
