Their sales are tanking worldwide and also in California from what I have read though one look at Bay Area roads and Tesla cars are everywhere.

If Tesla as a company is valued like say Ford, their stock price will or should be one fifth or less; less because they do not have any immediate growth prospects.
I today's U.S.A with no oversight of the Governments checkbook, with who is running or in charge, you really need to ask this question?

No, that is a good question. I don't see how Wall street states that Tesla's P/E is way too high, yet its stock has rebounded. What are investors thinking - that Musk will run the world and Tesla's stock will skyrocket?
More like it will take off like a Space X rocket and blow up.

Thank you.

In the immediate term, I do not see any prospect for Tesla increasing their sales. Cybertruck is a disaster and a total loss and even if they drop their prices on their other models, doubt they can sell any more cars since they have lost most if not all of their market in China, Australia and Europe. USA is all they have now due to embargo and most of their customer base who are liberals like me will not touch a Tesla anymore. Yet their stock price moves up! Wonder if some of Musk's and Trump's cronies are boosting it for appearances.

As Oerets suggests, for all we know maybe the Treasury is boosting it for appearances. Of course if word of that got out the government's bond rating would go to hell....

TLDR: It didn't float.

This current group claims to be transparent yet are totally opaque. With all the smoke and mirrors intended to distract along with embellishing falsehoods.

We will never know how much of our wealth has just disappeared.

Only thing left to prove that the Cybertruck can do is fly and about time someone drove one off the cliff in FSD mode of course, no need to risk your life since it won't fly, guaranteed.

New report reveals Tesla showroom has been operating for 9 years without proper permitting
https://www.uniladtech.com/news/tesl...17649-20250313

Quote:
Tesla’s San Francisco showroom has been operating without a final building permit for nearly a decade due to a bureaucratic oversight.

Despite a $2.3 million renovation in 2016, the city’s Department of Building Inspection (DBI) never gave the final sign-off, meaning the showroom has technically been in violation of city regulations ever since.
