L'Orange Mierda has now instituted 25% tariffs on Mexico and Canada and a 10% hit on China. We now have a cartoonish thug running things.

Basically, Rome is falling. The government and society as they have existed all our lives are being destroyed. The barbarians are sacking the country.

Musk is going to cut off most all federal $ that support people. He controls the system and will defy the federal courts. Medicaid will go immediately, Social Security/Medicare will not be spared long-term. The majority of federal and state jobs (and paychecks) will go away. Add in the huge inflation-making business-killing tariffs, we are in for a greater than great depression. You will be living on breadlines under martial law--and on your own resources. Stash beans and rice, etc. Stash seeds. Plan for survival gardens. Gun up.

Trump/Sheinbaum have reached a temporary cease fire, so the tariffs on Mexican imports have been suspended for one month. 10,000 Mexican federal troops will be sen to the border to thwart illegal immigrants from crossing the border.

True negotiations or just bluster and that remains to be seen. What can Trudeau promise that will cause Trump to ease off on Canada which will be economically more disastrous to ordinary people living in the NE and midwest states who import all their oil from Canada.

Trump boasted he got Mexico to commit to stationing 10K troops at our border. Apparently he didn't realize Mexico already has 15K troops deployed there. As I predicted yesterday, this would follow a well-worn pathway. Trump creates a crisis, (falsely) claims victory and reverts to the status quo. And MAGAMorons will eat it up.
