And I do not know what Garland is waiting for, Trump's permission just in case?

Does it really matter what reports are released? MAGAs will not believe any of it and Trump will still be sworn in as president.

My fault, guess Garland had to abide by Cannon's order and released the report as soon as he legally could. Whether the MAGAs accept this or not is immaterial, this is a formally issued legal document like an indictment and cannot be made to go away.

I expect President Biden to issue preemptive pardons to Garland, Jack Smith and other key people involved in the investigation and preparation of this report.
