This is what Trump has done during his administration though back in the 90's he was definitely pro abortion.

For comparison, here is Trump's policy statement.

The U.S. will "DRILL, BABY, DRILL!," and the associated revenue will "rapidly" transform a weak U.S. economy into one where "incomes will skyrocket, inflation will vanish completely, jobs will come roaring back, and the middle class will prosper like never, ever before."

Incomes skyrocket (but where is the money coming from), inflation will vanish rapidly (the Feds control this), jobs will come roaring back (open the southern borders, we will need workers) and the middle class will prosper (of course after the 1% gets a tax break and the middle class will pay for it).

But it does makes for good reading if you are properly medicated.
