It's a civil conviction. No jail time, but you know that. The presiding judge said by the rule of the law his assault could not bring a conviction for rape but for all intents and purposes it was rape.

FWIW the felony is the election interference case (commonly referred to as the hush money case) and the sentence for that conviction will be handed down shortly.
