One thing that's stewing his beef is that right now is outside of MAGA land Kamala is more popular than he is. His ego must be doing a slow burn.

Plus the knowledge she is bring in new voters.
Biden voters are baked in not many will leave because of the change. Yet new voters who were sitting out are now energized.

But that land incorporates 25-30% of the population, which is quite an advantage. Kamala will have to go full throttle with no let-up from now to November if she's to overcome such a handicap.
Although I will admit to some surprise at the ease with which she's been able to flip the narrative. I was the guy who insisted Joe needs to resign right now to make her president going into the convention, and thus the nominee via default. I no longer view this as s necessity. As she already has more than enough delegates, maybe we can guess that her approval rating will also have improved enough to carry her through? A really, really good VP choice could make the difference here.

As long as Harris candidate Harris and not President Harris she can devote all her time and energy to campaigning. If Biden resigned now Kamala would have to spend time and energy being president. From now until election day Harris and Biden ought to tag team Blimpy.

I believe that Ms. Harris has two great choices for the VP, Gov. Shapiro and Sen. Kelly, an extremely tough call. Shapiro could possibly hand her PA, PA Dem leaders are openly lobbying for him and putting a lot of pressure ob her (not good) and while Kelly is a legitimate hero. He can help her nationally since he is married to Gabbby Gifford who can claim I got shot too. I would pick Shapiro to lock up PA, but I can see how Kelly can develop a huge following nationally, a husband and wife team for campaigning and does not hurt that both his parents were cops. Military, law enforcement, NASA; that is a heck of a pedigree along with being a genuinely decent guy.
I suspect that her VP options may be giving Orange Turd the runs.

A longshot, I know, but I still like Mayor Pete.

He is absolutely terrific on his feet. His interview this morning on Fox News Sunday was a case in point. Don't know if the nation is ready for a black, south Asian female and a gay guy on the same ticket. The shrieks of DEI from MAGAWorld could be heard on Pluto.
