Last nights debate reinforced the need for a plan B for the Democrats. While there is still time to coalesce around another candidate.

Biden looked bad giving plenty of ammo for Trump to use going forth. Trump looked to be enjoying Biden's struggles. Face this fact Trump lies not matter how big a whopper they are matter not to his supporters. Plan he needs not a plan, to keep their support. Ideas come and go thru his lips like corn thru a goose.

Biden's voice was weak and he looked very tired. Little compassion will be shown to this honorable honest man who has given so much of his adult life in the service to our country.

No comparison to the other and his life spent taking everything possible for himself. Still wanting more and more thinking only of what benefits Trump.

Biden just reenforced all the concerns about his age in bold letters. He looked like a man who isn’t going to make it until 2025, never mind four more years of a very very stressful job.

Trump didn’t answer a single question but looked much more vital while lying and blustering.

I will of course vote for Joe but now think we do need another dem candidate. Is that even possible at this late stage?

Smart move for Biden and the party leaders would be waiting till the convention. Then have Biden step back due to some sympathetic reason. Harris also leaving the ticket open to younger people like Newsom Beshear even a Fetterman or a Whitmer as VP.

I think it was announced beforehand that there would be no real-time fact checking.

I blame Jill. She's the only one with the authority to talk him down from running for a second term and she should have done it at least two years ago.

It's not too late.

OH

MY

GOD!

The Democrats are the gravediggers of the American democracy.

Unless they nominate a candidate who is not as close to the graveyard as Biden.

I know what I'm talking about. I had been caring for a 97 years old mother until last February. I watched the decline of her mental state for many many years very closely.

However, when I posted here for the last time a couple of weeks ago I exactly expressed what I am expressing now.

Confirmation. A sad confirmation. I wish it would be else.

WAKE UP DEMOCRATS!!!!!

It takes a very special person to walk away from the power of the Presidency. Most are force to leave by term limits or being voted out. So infatuating must the power of being considered one of if not the most powerful person on the planet.

We shall see if Biden will be like LBJ and see the writing on the wall. Hopefully handing the reins to someone more able to carry the ball to the end zone.
