Yet another perfect phone call. Witch hunt.
Every time Donny J yells election fraud, its a confession.
And Ronna of course was tying to stop the steal which is cover for stealing.
Now the SCOTUS has an even bigger problem to let Trump off the hook.

No doubt, another "perfect" phone call, sensing a pattern here.
"Election interference", anyone?

Jack Smith's extraordinary appeal to the SCOTUS has been denied without any dissent.
Supreme Court won’t expedite ruling on Trump’s immunity claim

This is when I say oh my and wait for the other shoe to drop, the one to the court of appeals.

Former U.S. Attorney Warns MAGA: Supreme Court Could Allow Biden To Keep Power
https://2paragraphs.com/2023/12/form...to-keep-power/
So, if this corrupt Federalist SCOTUS says a president is above the law, why would Biden give up the presidency? He’d be immune from prosecution.
You see how your MAGAMoron arguments work both ways, Whell?

This argument by Trump's attorneys boggles the mind and one does not have to be a lawyer to understand how ridiculous this sounds.
Quote:
|
"Under our system of separated powers, the Judicial Branch cannot sit in judgment over a President's official acts," they wrote in a brief filed Saturday night with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
|
The move came a day after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to fast track a dispute over Trump's immunity from prosecution.
Who decides which of his acts are official or more importantly unofficial?
So beginning with claims of immunity, now they are claiming effectively he is above the law?
