Oops.
Much more than just Oops I think, this is huge and cuts into their joint effort in placing the blame on their accounting firm for submitting the unverified financial statements. Here the guy who drafts the financial statements, a long term employee and bean counter has noted in his handwriting and admitted in court the these financial statements required approval of Trump the elder or Trump the offspring, not to mention perjury on part of the Trump clan.

Well, the NY Appeals court reinstates the gag order on Trump. Closing arguments on the $250 Million fraud case is in mid January next year. will or can Trump keep his trap sut for that long? Smart money says no.
